RaNae is a true born and raised Utahan with a love for adventure, beautiful places, interesting people and good wine. She holds a Masters of Business degree that she hardly uses and often finds herself out of her comfort zone to challenge herself. She enjoys boating Lake Powell, back-country flying with the fam in their home-built, experimental airplane and exploring and camping throughout the Southwest. After visiting 26 countries, she is always looking for more adventures big and small. When she is not crunching numbers or managing the team, she can be found wrestling with her two daughters and playing fetch with their two dogs.

Aside from her adventurous spirit and running the company, RaNae’s professional expertise and strong business skills come from 21 years of experience specializing in business development, marketing, new business ventures and proposal management. Her practical training and specialized education integrates with skillful capabilities to create a valuable knowledge base in practically every area of business. Her range of knowledge extends from contract forecasting and RFP marketing to proposal management and client relations. Her team-management capabilities are augmented by her in-depth business proficiencies, enabling the company to create exact and tailored documents that integrate client-specific strengths and government agency requirements.
RaNae’s experience goes beyond what’s on paper—she values hard work, continuous improvement and having a good life/work balance. Her practical life skills are complemented by industry expertise in the areas of federal government contracting, private/commercial development and university/college infrastructure partnerships. Her business skills and strengths help with managing resources, expanding the company’s online presence, marketing federal procurement opportunities and developing strategic solutions to become more sustainable long-term.
RaNae is also highly proficient in managing proposals for a wide variety of contracts including Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Job Order Contract (JOC), Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Task Order Contract (TOC) and Base Operations Support (BOS) contracts as well as Public Private Partnerships (P3s) for housing, environmental and utility infrastructure projects. She has successfully managed proposals for federal, state and local government contracts valued at more than $13 billion throughout the course of her career. In addition, she supports the Meridian West team in responding to fluctuating workloads and high-demand proposal requirements while providing the highest-quality services.
