Meridian West Consultants have a full-service print production studio, including high-capacity, professional-quality printers, cutters, binders and professional-quality paper stocks and supplies. From this, we can offer printing, bindery, assembly and shipping worldwide, all from our Utah-based office.

Capacity

​

Our professional equipment allows us the capacity to print thousands of quality, full-color prints in a single day.  This includes large-format prints up to 11”x17” (Tabloid). Recently, we completed full print production of a single proposal project with more than 30 copies, exceeding 8,000 total pages, and a combination of standard 8.5”x11”(Letter) and Tabloid size prints. We then performed a thorough quality control check, assembled and shipped, all in the same day, without breaking a sweat.

 

Quality

When we put a proposal to production, we do a careful quality control check of every page, to catch things that may not be apparent on a computer screen. With this double check, we ensure that the professionalism of your business is carried through to the final, tangible proposal document.

Shipping

Our years of experience in proposal management allow us to make expert recommendations on how best to present and deliver your proposal.  We offer knowledge on everything from which binding method is the most appropriate to what shipping method will get your proposal there, with time to spare.

Our shipping expertise includes experience with all major carriers. Knowing their cut-off times and operation methods helps us to prepare back up plans B and C, all the way to X,Y and Z, to protect against Murphy’s law.  This expertise came in handy the time we successfully managed the delivery of a proposal after the FedEx plane that carried it went up in flames! We have also coordinated between couriers and hand-delivery options, to ensure an on-time delivery, no matter the circumstances.
